Psychodynamic Therapy
Before we set out to resolve any issues, it's important to take a moment to reflect on why they're there and where they originate. Are they rooted in past experiences, emotional responses, or learned patterns? By exploring these questions with honesty and compassion, we begin to uncover the deeper causes behind our challenges. That insight empowers us to make meaningful, lasting changes—shifting behaviors not through force, but through awareness and understanding.
Emotions-Focused Therapy
By acknowledging our emotions and taking the time to understand our feelings, we open the door to genuine healing and personal growth. Emotions are not obstacles to overcome—they're signals that guide us toward what needs attention, compassion, and change. When we create space to explore them without judgment, we begin to develop a deeper awareness of ourselves and others.
